Mac: open the .dmg and drag Cuemark to Applications. Until our Apple signing is through, the first launch is right-click ▸ Open, then Open in the box that appears — once is enough. Windows: run the installer; if SmartScreen asks, More info ▸ Run anyway. No key? Cuemark opens the two scripts it comes with; a licence opens your own.
Moving Cuemark to another machine
Deactivate the old machine here — or in the app under Settings ▸ Licence — and its place is free immediately. Then activate on the new one with the same key. Your scripts and cue projects are files on your own disk; nothing here touches them.
A machine with no internet connection
Activation needs the network once. If that machine has no connection, open Cuemark, expand No connection on this machine? on the licence screen, and send us the machine ID it shows. We will send back an activation to paste in, and it will work with no network at all.
